REDDING, Calif. – Jada Richwine represented the Bushnell University women's golf team at the Simpson Spring Invite, finishing among the top-20.
Richwine joined 29 competitors at the Riverview Golf Course. The freshman shot an 88-89—177 for 20
th place on the leaderboard.

Eric Moskalik said, "The team experienced an exciting, sun-filled weekend in Redding. We look forward to building on our tournament experiences, watching the freshmen grow and seeing our seniors close out the year."
Jessica Burdick of Jessup University maintained her lead in the second round to earn medalist honors, posting a 73-73—146 on the tournament. The top Cascade Collegiate Conference finisher was Kiera Cheng (75-77—152) of Southern Oregon, who finished fourth.
Oregon Tech finished with three golfers among the top 10.
Up next, Bushnell competes in the third regular season conference tournament, the Lewis-Clark State Invitational on April 15-16.
