ASHLAND, Ore. - The Beacons closed out their 2023 campaign on Thursday, hitting the road to face Southern Oregon University in a game previously postponed due to air quality issues. The Raiders, ranked No. 22 in the NAIA and having already clinched the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season crown, flexed their way to a 7-1 victory.

Omar Barajas capped off an incredible freshman campaign with his eighth assist on the play. No only did the freshman add on to his single-season record, he also broke Bushnell's career assist record in just 18 games, topping the previous record of seven which was set by Victor Irechukwu between 2015-2018.
Bushnell (6-9-3, 2-9-2 CCC) finish out a record-setting season which saw new school marks for total goals (35), assists (28), and points (98) as Bushnell averaged just under two goals per game on the year.
