EUGENE, Ore. – NCU rebounded from their first upset loss of the season with a strong victory, taking down Walla Walla on Friday afternoon, 83-45. The Beacons went deep as all 13 suited players got into the action and the bench outscored the Wolf reserves, 41-2.

The Beacons (21-5, 14-5 CCC) shot 43% from the field and owned a 49-32 rebounding advantage as they locked in third place and the No. 3 seed for the upcoming Cascade Collegiate Conference championship tournament.

Walla Walla (3-21, 1-18) hit 31% of their shots. They were led by a 14-point, seven-rebound performance from Alyssa Blankenship while Sarah Halversen added nine points and a game-high 12 rebounds. Carolina Montes scored ten points and had a game-high three steals.

Niki Duncan connected on five threes for NCU and led the way with 17 points.
Hannah Eddens came off the bench to score 16, adding nine rebounds and three assists. Also in double-figures were
Morgan McKinney with 12 and
Jenna Christenson with 11.
