Bushnell University

Coach Shawna Wagner joined the Bushnell staff in the fall of 2025, bringing a wealth of coaching experience. 

Wagner has coached at the high school and club levels in the Willamette Valley for over 20 years, most recently as the Head Coach and manager of the Oregon Fillies Softball Club, based out of Springfield, from 2013 to 2022. With the Fillies she led 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U teams to competitive success. During that time she also served three years as the Head Coach at Willamette High School in Eugene.
