Bushnell University

Nicki Derrick joined the Bushnell coaching staff in the fall of 2025. 

Derrick also serves as the Varsity Head Coach at Pleasant Hill High School, where she has been since 2024. 

Coach Derrick graduated from Western Oregon University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a minor in Juvenile Justice. She was a four-year member of the Wolves NCAA Division II softball team, and served as the team representative to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
