Sierra Janikowski joined the Bushnell track & field and cross country coaching staff in 2025 as a hurdles and distance coach.
Janikowski competed for the Beacons track & field team for five years. She was a four-time Cascade Conference qualifier in the 100m Hurdles and qualified for the 400m Hurdles as a sophomore, junior, and senior.
Coach Janikowski was a strong student-athlete on and off the track, earning multiple academic awards from the CCC, NAIA and College Sports Communicators. She was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the National Student-Athlete Honor Society, as a senior.
Janikowski graduated from Bushnell in 2024 with a bachelors degree in teacher education.
