2010: Ran in seven races as a senior...set a season-best 25:50 at the Willamette Invite...named Academic All-CCC and Daktronic-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors. 

2009: Ran in all seven races for the Beacons as a junior...became NCU's first ever NAIA national qualifier by finishing 13th at the CCC Championships with a school-record time of 25:15...led NCU in all seven races...took fifth place at the Warner Pacific Invitational.

2008: Led the Beacons in all six races as a sophomore...set a new school record (26:32) at the NCU Invitational...currently holds 9 of the top-25 8k times in school history...finished 45th at the Cascade Conference Championship.

2007: Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman, leading the team in all six...established a personal record (27:01) at the Willamette Invitational on September 29th...finished 20th at the Cascade Conference Championship...named the Most Inspirational Runner.

High School Experience: Ran four seasons of cross country and three seasons of track & field for Flagstaff High as a home-schooled student for coach Trina Painter...earned Grand Canyon Region honorable mention as a sophomore...named to the All-City team three times...earned First-Team All-Region honors as a junior and senior...named to the All-State second team as a junior...earned First-Team All-State honors as a senior...finished second in league and third in state during senior season.
