2012: Competed in distance events as a senior...set numerous personal-bests at the Pacific Twilight with a time of 2:19.34 in the 800m to finish ninth and a time of 4:37.08 in the 1500 to finish sixth. 

2010-2011: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...secured three top-six finishes...won the Warner Pacific Invitational, setting a school record at 18:12...led the team five times. [Track] Ran multiple distances for the Beacons...set new school records in the 800m (2:20.92, Lewis & Clark Invite), 1500m (4:41.47, Oregon Preview), and 5000m (17:14.03, Pacific Twilight)...Earned NAIA "A" Standard qualification in the 5000m, earned "B" standard in the 1500m...ran the 5000m event at the NAIA National Championship, qualifying for the final and finishing eighth to earn NCU one team point.

2009-2010: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races as a sophomore...established a personal record of 19:05 at the Willamette Invitational, taking 58th place. [Track] Established school records in the 1500m (4:45.80) and 5000m (18:01) setting both marks at the CCC Championships...qualified for the NAIA National Championship in both the 1500m and 5000m events...took 12th place in the 5000m run at the NAIA National Championship.

2008-2009: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...led the team at the NCU Invitational with a 12th-place finish, running a personal-best 19:36. [Track] Ran a personal-best 5:06.97 in the 1500m at the Charles Bowles Invitational, the second fastest time in school history...Ran a PR in the 5k (19:10) and the 10k (41:04).

High School Experience: Ran four years on track and two years on cross country at Thurston High for coach Dwayne Cantrell...Won back-to-back Midwestern League District Championships as a junior and senior...finished 38th at the State race...also played one year of soccer for the Colts.
